This series uses an app to deliver a 6 week program. Each week on Saturday you'll receive a video (1 hour). T-F you receive a focus of the day, coach challenges and reflection (2 minute every 3 hours), Monday is a weekly reflection. There is an additional meeting (POD or Individual) to support you.
